The Reason OZA Exists
OZA began with a transformation. While navigating a new health condition, Jazz discovered the Lagree Method.
Then came the moment that changed everything. Becoming a mother. That transition, from athlete to trainer to mom, is the real reason OZA exists. It deepened her purpose and pushed her to create something more.
A space not just for the strong, but for anyone in the middle of their own transformation. The new mom finding her way back to herself. The woman about to give birth who still wants to feel strong. The person who just needs a place that meets them where they are.
That is the foundation of everything OZA is. The belief that the right method, in the right space, with the right people around you, can shift more than your body.

Jazz has trained at studios across the country, from California to Atlanta to Cincinnati. And the pattern was always the same. You walk in, take a class, and leave without anyone knowing your name. The workout might be good, but the experience stops there.
OZA was built to change that. A space where the coaching is world-class, the relationships are real, and every detail has been designed with intention. Where every shape, every size, every background is welcomed and valued. Where members don't just show up for a class. Becoming a mother gave her more drive to keep going, and more clarity about who she wanted to build this for. She is pregnancy and postpartum certified because she knows firsthand what it means to want to feel strong in a body that is changing.
OZA is named after Jazz's son Oceanz. It represents strength, like the power of the sea.
