Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact training method created by Sebastien Lagree. It is performed on the Megaformer and built around slow, controlled, full-body movements that challenge every muscle group in a single 50-minute class.
This is not Pilates. Where Pilates focuses on lengthening, balance, and alignment, Lagree is strength-based. It combines muscular endurance, cardiovascular conditioning, core stability, and flexibility into one method. The movements are intentional. The intensity is real. And the results speak for themselves.

The Machine Behind the Method
The Mega Pro is the newest installment of the Megaformer machine, built specifically for the Lagree method. It uses a spring-loaded carriage system that creates constant tension through every movement, eliminating momentum and forcing your muscles to work through the full range of motion.

Absolutely. Every class is designed to be scalable. Your coach will guide you through modifications and progressions so you can work at your level. Most people are surprised by what they are capable of in their first session.

We recommend two to four classes per week for optimal results. The Lagree method works deep muscle groups that recover efficiently, allowing you to train consistently.

Lagree is low impact and joint friendly. The slow, controlled nature of the movements reduces injury risk significantly. Please let your coach know about any injuries or limitations before class so we can modify accordingly.

Fitted, comfortable workout clothes. Avoid loose fabric that may catch on the machine. Grip socks are required and available for purchase at the studio. Bring water.
