Terms & Conditions

This Terms & Conditions Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between you, the user and client ("You" or "Client"), and Bod Lagree LLC ("Bod Lagree," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking a class, purchasing a membership or class pack, or using any of Bod Lagree's services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Please read this Agreement carefully. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

DUE TO OUR LIMITED 10-MACHINE CAPACITY, LATE CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
DIRECTLY IMPACT ACCESS FOR OTHER MEMBERS AND WAITLISTED CLIENTS.
ALL POLICIES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

STUDIO POLICIES

Grip Socks

Grip socks are mandatory for all classes and are available for purchase at the studio. For your safety and to protect our equipment, no exceptions will be made.

Workout Attire

Appropriate workout attire is required. Jeans and clothing with metal accessories or large zippers are not permitted on the equipment.

Late Arrivals

You are expected to arrive on time and ready to begin. There is a 5-minute grace period for returning clients, provided you contact the studio in advance. Arrivals after 5 minutes may not be admitted, and your spot may be given to a waitlisted client. Failure to be admitted due to late arrival will be treated as a no-show.

Instructor & Class Changes

Instructors are subject to change and classes are subject to cancellation without notice. When possible, email notification will be sent. Bod Lagree is not responsible if you do not read or receive such notices.

Studio Conduct

Bod Lagree is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all clients and staff. Harassment, discriminatory behavior, or conduct deemed disruptive or inappropriate—as determined in the sole discretion of Bod Lagree—will not be tolerated and may result in termination of your membership without refund.

Cleaning

All clients are responsible for wiping down their machine after each class.

Children & Pets

Unattended children and pets are not permitted in the studio.

Security Cameras

Bod Lagree utilizes video surveillance in common areas of the studio for the safety and security of all members, guests, and staff, in compliance with applicable law.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

We maintain a strict 12-hour cancellation policy to ensure fair access for all members.
 1 courtesy late cancel is allowed per member.

Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. Cancellations and reschedules must be made through your online account or the booking confirmation email. Cancellations via text, social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), or other informal channels are not valid and will not be honored.

If you do not cancel or reschedule before the cancellation window closes, you will be considered a late cancel and subject to the applicable fee or credit forfeiture below. If you do not show up to a booked class without cancelling, you will be considered a no-show and subject to the applicable fee.

Fee Schedule

To ensure fairness for our instructors and clients on the waitlist, late cancellation and no-show policies are strictly enforced.

Courtesy Late Cancel: Each member will receive one (1) courtesy late cancel, waiving the applicable fee or forfeiture. This courtesy is applied automatically and does not roll over. Subsequent late cancels will be charged per the schedule above.

Waitlist Policy

If a class is at capacity, you may place yourself on the waitlist. Members are automatically pulled from the waitlist into class up to 1 hour before class start. If you are moved from the waitlist into a class during the late-cancel window and need to cancel, the standard late-cancel policy applies. You are solely responsible for monitoring your waitlist status and managing your bookings.

PURCHASING & PAYMENTS

Reservations & Payment

All classes are reserved and paid for in advance through Bod Lagree's online booking system, powered by Mariana Tek. A valid debit or credit card must be kept on file at all times to cover any applicable fees, auto-billing, or incidental charges.

All Sales Final

All sales are final. Classes, credits, and packages are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be shared between clients unless expressly approved by Bod Lagree in writing. No refunds will be issued for purchased services.

Package Expiration

Class packages expire as described at the time of purchase. Remaining credits at expiration are forfeited and will not roll over, be extended, or be converted to Bod Lagree credit. You are responsible for tracking your expiration dates; reminder notices are not guaranteed.

Chargeback Policy

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that all sales are final and agree not to initiate a chargeback with your credit card company. In the event of a chargeback attempt, this Agreement will automatically terminate, all credits will be forfeited, and you will remain contractually responsible for full payment of services.

First-Time Offers

Any introductory offer is valid for first-time clients only and may be redeemed once, at the first or second visit. Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of introductory pricing is prohibited and will result in immediate loss of the purchased credit with no refund.

Payment Processor

By storing a card on file, you authorize Bod Lagree to charge that card for applicable fees including, but not limited to, late-cancel fees, no-show fees, and recurring membership payments.

MEMBERSHIPS

Monthly Auto-Renewal

Memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew on the same date each month until cancelled. By purchasing a membership, you authorize Bod Lagree to charge your card on file on a recurring basis. It is your responsibility to maintain accurate and up-to-date payment information.

Cancellation

To cancel your membership, written notice must be submitted via email at least 7 days prior to your next billing date. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellation requests submitted fewer than 7 days before the billing date will result in one additional charge, after which the membership will be considered cancelled.

Membership Freeze / Pause

You may freeze your membership once per year for a minimum of one month. All freeze requests must be submitted via email at least 5 business days prior to the requested freeze date, including the start and end dates of the freeze. An administrative fee may apply. Your membership will automatically resume and billing will restart on the unfreeze date you provide.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

IN CONSIDERATION OF PARTICIPATING IN FITNESS ACTIVITIES AT BOD LAGREE, AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF, YOUR HEIRS, ASSIGNS, AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES:

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in Lagree fitness activities and related services involves known and unanticipated risks, which may result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, permanent disability, death, or property damage. Risks include but are not limited to musculoskeletal injuries, broken bones, overuse injuries, equipment failure, and medical conditions resulting from physical activity. You voluntarily accept and assume all such risks.

If at any time you believe conditions are unsafe or that you are physically unable to participate safely, you will immediately discontinue participation.

Release of Liability

You hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bod Lagree LLC and its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and assigns ("Releasees") from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your participation in Bod Lagree's fitness activities or your use of Bod Lagree's equipment or facilities, including claims arising from negligence. This release does not apply to claims arising from intentional conduct.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bod Lagree is not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or connected with your use of its services, website, or facilities. All services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. If you are dissatisfied with any service, your sole remedy is to discontinue use.

Health & Medical Disclaimer

You represent that you have no medical or physical condition that would prevent your safe participation in Bod Lagree's fitness activities, or that you assume all risks associated with any such condition. Bod Lagree strongly recommends consulting a physician before beginning any exercise program.

Prenatal / Postpartum Disclaimer

Participation in any exercise program while pregnant or postpartum may increase the risk of injury. If you are pregnant or recently postpartum, you confirm that you have received clearance from your healthcare provider to participate. You understand that the intensity of your participation must be determined in consultation with your healthcare provider. You assume all associated risks and release Bod Lagree from any liability related to prenatal or postpartum participation.

CONTENT, PHOTOGRAPHY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Photo & Video Release

By participating in Bod Lagree classes and events, you grant Bod Lagree and its representatives the right to photograph, record, or otherwise document your likeness while engaging with our services. You grant Bod Lagree an irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such content for any lawful purpose, including marketing, advertising, social media, and web content, with or without your name.

6.2 — Intellectual Property

All content, branding, materials, and programming associated with Bod Lagree are the exclusive intellectual property of Bod Lagree LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any Bod Lagree materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

GENERAL TERMS

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which Bod Lagree is located. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the services provided, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith communication. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration on an individual (non-class action) basis, administered under applicable arbitration rules.

Non-Disparagement

You agree to contact Bod Lagree directly with any concerns or complaints rather than making negative or disparaging public statements through social media, review platforms, or other public channels. Bod Lagree likewise agrees to treat clients with respect and professionalism in all communications.

Force Majeure

Bod Lagree shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of nature, government orders, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseeable events.

Email Communications

By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to receive email communications from Bod Lagree related to classes, your account, promotions, and studio updates. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Modifications

Bod Lagree reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of Bod Lagree's services following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Minors

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older, or individuals ages 13–17 with express parental or guardian consent and supervision. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Retail Sales

All retail purchases are final sale, subject to applicable state law.
